Clear terms for using AANYA.

Nature of the service

AANYA is an informational product-discovery platform. It organizes published product, brand, ingredient, certification and editorial information. It is not currently a retailer, marketplace, checkout provider, fulfilment service or medical adviser.

Accounts and acceptable use

An account is optional for browsing. If you register, provide accurate information, protect your credentials and do not share or misuse another person's account. Use the site lawfully and do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious material, impersonate another person or misuse the Contact form. You are responsible for decisions made using the information presented.

Account export and deletion

You may request a personal-data export or account deletion from the account area. Confirmed deletion has a seven-day cancellation period and is irreversible after final completion. Some records may be retained or anonymized where legally or operationally necessary. Third-party retailer and affiliate-site accounts and records are separate and are not controlled by AANYA. Saved products are private research aids, not purchases, reservations or stock commitments.

Account security controls

Protect your credentials and use the account Security section if a session is no longer recognized. AANYA can sign out all other WordPress sessions or every session after password confirmation. Password changes and session controls may generate essential security email. Password reset may affect existing sessions according to WordPress core behavior.

Account avatars

You must have the right to use an image uploaded as your account avatar. Avatar media is stored through WordPress and may have a publicly reachable media URL even though AANYA does not provide a public user profile. Unsupported, unsafe or unlawful media may be rejected or removed. Removing an avatar restores the local AANYA fallback.

Email verification and authentication methods

You are responsible for maintaining access to your account email and protecting your sign-in credentials. Email verification confirms control of an address, not a person's broader identity, and verification links expire. Google accounts remain governed by Google and Google sign-in availability may depend on Google. Linking requires proof of control of both accounts; a matching email never causes silent merging. Unlinking requires another usable AANYA authentication method. Deleting AANYA does not delete Google, and provider interruption may affect sign-in or service availability.

Product information and independent verification

We aim to present useful and accurate information, but formulations, certifications, prices, stock and other details can change. Verify information important to your decision with current packaging, the manufacturer, certification body or retailer.

External retailers and affiliate links

Some links take you to independent retailers and may be affiliate links. The retailer controls pricing, stock, checkout, payment, delivery, returns, refunds and customer service.

Intellectual property

The AANYA name, original site design and original editorial material are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Product names, brand marks and third-party material remain the property of their respective owners. Permitted personal use does not transfer ownership.

Links are provided for convenience and discovery. AANYA does not control third-party websites and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, policies or services.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The website is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. AANYA cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that all information will remain current. To the extent permitted by applicable law, AANYA is not liable for losses arising from reliance on site information or transactions with third parties.
